DMCA & Copyright Policy
PlayVerse respects the intellectual property rights of game developers, publishers, and artists. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and international copyright legislation, we respond promptly to formal notices of alleged infringement.
1. Submitting a Notice of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that a game or asset hosted or embedded on PlayVerse infringes upon your copyright, please provide a written notification containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific PlayVerse URL(s) (e.g.
https://globaltriphacks.com/game.html?slug=...). - Your contact information: legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Takedown & Game Removal Protocol
Upon receipt of a compliant infringement notice, PlayVerse will:
- Promptly disable access to or remove the identified game title.
- Set the game record status to
blockedorremovedin the catalog database (§7, §15). - Remove the URL from XML sitemaps and set meta robots to
noindex, nofollow(§33, §144). - Notify the submitting developer or provider partner of the takedown.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If a developer or provider believes their content was removed by mistake or misidentification, they may submit a counter-notice in accordance with DMCA regulations. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original claimant files a court action within 10 to 14 business days.
